Ending Skilled Labor Shortages
Car Diagnostician with a Keen Touch
A car dealer from the Erzgebirge has found his future employee abroad. He is well-trained and, despite his young age, has impressive professional experience. However, what is much more important to the employer is that he has the right touch and works in a solution-oriented manner.
Through the Chamber of Crafts, the employer was connected to the Specialist Information Center for Immigration in Chemnitz. The FIZU provided information about the prerequisites for immigration, explained the processes, and outlined the various perspectives. They completed the recognition process with the Chamber of Crafts in record time.
Then, the colleagues from the Welcome Center Erzgebirge and the immigration office took over and accompanied the accelerated procedure. Meanwhile, the pre-approval for the visa has been issued.
The employee has received the visa and can now enter the country – about three months after the initial contact.
